Scupper Drain Hose Replacement

I had a tough time with the spring clamps in those tight quarters. When I let the lower one slide down on the standpipe I could not get it back on the new hose. Instead, I put both clamps in the center of the replacement hose, slid the hose in place, and then moved the clamps out to their respective ends.

I also found a variety of long-reach needle nose pliers at Harbor Freight for only $5 each.
