To John Wiley: I've replaced your question about partial flaps on take-off with a brief, factual statement on the subject. Bondline is not meant as a discussion board. I always recommend Grumman-Gang for that purpose. Rather, Bondline pages should describe the consensus of the Grumman community and factual information about Grummans, rather than questions. (Sometime it's factual to say that questions have come up. But please point to other places where they are discussed.)
