Bob... the regulations must have morphed a bit over the years in the translation form mph to kts.

The Regs say 5 knots minimum on the margin above stall.

My copy of the MM gives a range of 4 to 9 kts for the adjustment (or 5 to 10 mph). Do you think the FAA just changed mph to kts in the regs with no conversion?

I like it set at the lower limits, what do other pilots request?
