Steve Williams is the sysop of Bondline. He is the owner of N9431L, a '71 AA1A based at Oakland, California (OAK). His many travels in the orange airplane are recorded in his photo blog.

Steve purchased the orange airplane from Jon Maestre in 1996. Jon said the orange airplane was the first Grumman he owned.

Steve was the editor and electronic services director of AYA from 1995 to 2004.
